My grocery items today: 3 cans of beans and a bottle of Mylanta. This doesn't make any sense. And, when I realized it, I was a bit embarrassed going through the check out. Oh, well. Such is life. I can't get rid of this heart burn which is probably stress related. But then again, it's cold outside and a nice warm bowl of chili sounded good this morning. I'm sure I'm not the first one to have this dilemna.
