Danny and I started baking for the holidays. We started with this fudge, also baked a cherry crunch, and made tortilla roll-ups using Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese.
The week was rather hectic and stressful. Baking can be very therapeutic! Now if only the rest of the world would cooperate...
