Happy Mother's Day

Since Danny is out of town this weekend, and the kids are 'hanging out' with friends, I decided to take some time and make a few pieces of jewelry for myself.

So, off to Bead Haven I went.

My work station is never organized.

But, the end result is quite nice, I think!

Happy Mother's Day! I'm rather proud of myself and can't wait to wear these pieces.

Dog Day Afternoon

Guess I missed the memo that it was canine nap time on the leather sofa.

Obviously, these pooch monsters are not used to anyone being home in the afternoon.
