Tony registered for a Medical Sciences Program (in addition to his regular Junior year schedule for next year). Of course, we encouraged him to sign up for classes he thought he would be interested in. Imagine my surprise when I opened the letter with his pre-acceptance into this program!
He has to ask one of his math or science teachers and his counselor to complete recommendation letters. Tony has to complete a self-assessment and an essay. We have to attend a pre-acceptance session is two weeks. This process moves fast.
If he gets into this program, it will open the door to lots of scholarship offers! I'm down with that!
